The Foundation pursues its mission through five complementary activities:

1. Research and Policy
Knowledge in service of transformation. WECCF conducts and synthesizes rigorous, practice-grounded research on low-carbon industrial transition, climate-resilient infrastructure, resource stewardship, and applied technology, translating real-world insight into policy pathways for sustainable and regenerative development.

2. Pilot facilitation
Support for demonstration projects with measurable development outcomes — emissions reduction, jobs created, knowledge transferred, infrastructure resilience improved.

3. Transformative Capacity-Building
Our conferences, workshops, and seminars go beyond technical training — they cultivate a new literacy for living on Earth. We strengthen the institutional, human, and ecological intelligence needed for communities and economies to thrive in genuine harmony with the natural world.

4. Worldwide Collaboration
WECCF convenes governments, industry, academia, and civil society with deep roots in partnerships across China, the Global South, and Europe — and open to every nation ready to advance this shared vision of building resilient, ecologically grounded societies.

5. Humanity and Consciousness
Lasting change begins not institutions, but in people. WECCF draws on the transformative power of art, sport, and culture to awaken a new way of seeing — one in which humanity remembers its place within the web of life, and feels again the wonder, responsibility, and love that make genuine ecological civilization possible.
